I can't find my desired size on the size chart. Which size should I choose?
Our expert team are more than happy to help you find the right size. For the best advice, please send us relevant measurements, or alternatively, usual sizes worn, as well as the items you would like to purchase via the contact form.
I have a gift card, how do I use it?
You will need to contact us to redeem your gift card, quoting your unique gift card code. Please send us your desired styles, sizes, delivery address and shipping service (standard or express UPS).
If the order total (including shipping) is more than the gift card value, please also send your billing name and address, and we will issue you with an invoice for any additional funds due. If the order total (including shipping) is less than the gift card value, we'll issue you with a credit note for gift card funds unspent.

Where can I try on Studio Pia in London?
We come to you (within London) with a selection of your favourite Studio Pia styles in a range of sizes, and provide friendly, expert fitting advice in the comfort of your home or hotel room!
For this service, we ask for a £25 deposit paid in advance, which is deducted from any order placed as a result of our visit.

The item/size I wanted to purchase is out of stock, will it be restocked?
If the link you followed brought up no result, it is likely because the item is no longer sold. If the product is listed as 'out of stock' or the size is unavailable, there is a chance it might be restocked in future.
I need to return/exchange an order, how do I do that?
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us email@example.com to ensure we are able to offer the item you would need.
We can only issue a refund or exchange for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags.
Write your name and order reference number on the returns form (enclosed in your order) and include it in the package you are returning. For exchanges, please also note your desired exchange size. Without this, we cannot retrieve your order record, and therefore cannot process your request.
Send with a secure service and mark international returns package's contents as 'returned goods' to avoid unnecessary customs & imports charges. We will not pay these charges and the package will be returned to you. Retain a copy of your shipping receipt.
During the UK lockdown, returns should be sent to a temporary alternative address which you will receive upon contacting us via email.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the unwanted items are returned to us, providing it meets our returns criteria.
Do you accept custom orders?
We do not currently offer this service.
We can offer minor alterations to some items for a fee, determined by the amount of work required. Contact us with your request or enquiry.
